Right of Use
The person who uses a property does not always own it Indicate what a property is legally used for: dwelling, student residence, accommodation facility, public service.
Changing it is not automatic and often requires new deeds and authorizations.
The right of use establishes who can do what, for how long, and under what conditions.
📍 Example During the Olympics, the Organizing Committee may have the right to use the Olympic Village, while not owning it, through formal agreements that establish duration, limits, and responsibilities.
